Implementation Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team. This is a full-time, salaried position ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality client experiences. As the Implementation Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of key implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption. David’s background has been primarily in the payments and electronic commerce industries in which he has over twenty years of experience and three successful entrepreneurial exits.  David’s most recent role was serving as the General Manager of the Digital and Incentives Divisions of Blackhawk Network, a leading global gift card provider acquired by Silverlake Private Equity in 2018.


David’s previous company CardLab, a leading online retailer of gift cards, was acquired by Blackhawk Network in August 2014. Before founding CardLab, David served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Fiserv.  Prior to Fiserv, David served as Vice President of Payment Strategy for JP Morgan Chase leading the consumer payments group, a $120MM business unit providing payment products to large corporate clients of the bank.

Mike Vogus

Mike has over 20 years experience building organizations in the FinTech and Gift Card space, Prior to starting Totus, Mike spent 10 years in an executive leadership role at SVM where he developed and launched the first fully outsourced Gift Card Issuance + Program Management Model for retailers,  Mike also spent time in Senior Leadership roles at Blackhawk Network after the acquisition of SVM, and at Runa leading the Global Partnerships team.

Away from the gift card industry, you can usually find Mike doing one of two things:  finding excuses to travel back to Hawaii with his wife and two daughters, or following Pearl Jam around the globe (84 shows and counting!) while re-living the glory days of playing guitar and touring with his own band.

Cameron Walker

Cameron Walker serves as Chief Financial Officer at Totus, where the company is reimagining gift card infrastructure and payments. Cameron oversees finance, investor relations, legal, and compliance functions while steering corporate strategy and capital allocation that have supported the company's rapid growth.

Cameron brings a blend of accounting precision and transaction expertise to Totus. His background spans investment banking, KPMG deal advisory and audit. A CPA with an MS and BBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business, Cameron champions continuous improvement and builds high-performing teams grounded in relentless learning.

Outside of work he is either with his family, on a snowboard, out on the lake, or following Formula 1 - a passion he's had long before Netflix brought the sport mainstream.

Dan Hawtof

Dan brings over 25 years of experience spanning both large enterprises and startups, with a track record of success across business strategy, product management, product marketing, channel management, and sales.

Before joining TOTUS, Dan served as SVP of Bill Pay at BillGO, where he led the development of API-based and hosted bill pay solutions for banks and fintechs. Prior to that, he was Chief Product Officer at Workstride, building Channel and Employee Incentive Platforms. Earlier in his career, Dan was Vice President of Product & Business Strategy at Blackhawk Network, where he oversaw prepaid reward products, consumer and B2B eCommerce platforms, and consumer rebate and channel incentive programs.

Dan’s deep expertise in designing, building, and launching solutions across a range of industries—including retail, consumer, technology, industrial, and medical—has enabled numerous clients to deliver high-quality platforms that fulfill their strategic goals.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Outside of work, Dan enjoys snow skiing, sailing, hiking, and sharing great meals with friends and family.

Brian Winfield

Brian has spent 20 years in the payments industry, founded 5 different payment companies, holds 2 patents and is considered by many to be a leading tech innovator in the payments startup space.  Before joining Totus Brian was SVP of Engineering at BillGO where he ran the Integrations team which is responsible for all of BillGO’s 50,000 integrations to Billers, the Prism App which enabled over 300,000 consumers to be able to pay bills and co-founded Godev which is BillGO’s go to market Fintech solution.  Prior to BillGO Brian co-founded GiftDeals which enabled third-party GiftCard exchanges and CardNow which is an industry first B2C solution which enables an on-hand box of GiftCards that allows consumer to load cards using a mobile app. Brian also worked at Blackhawk Network where he ran engineering for eCommerce and managed a $1.5 billion Incentives business unit.  Before Blackhawk Brian co-founded Cardlab which enabled B2C and B2B for GiftCards which was acquired by Blackhawk for company valuation of $70MM.

In his spare time Brian is married with 3 kids (8, 15, 17), 2 standard poodles (Magneto & Maximus) and a Paint Horse called Macho. He attempts to do oil-painting, long walks in the Colorado mountains and Line dancing with his wife.

Hollis Thornton

Hollis brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the gift card industry, where she has played a transformational role in helping dozens of major brands across beauty, entertainment, fashion, dining, and more elevate their gift card programs and brand marketing strategies. Before entering the gift card space, Hollis built a foundation in the marketing and promotions industry.

She was recently honored with the Incentive Marketing Association’s inaugural Incentive Industry Influencer award—recognized by her peers for her exceptional impact on the growth and professional development of the incentive industry. Currently, Hollis serves on the on board of the Incentive Marketing Association, and is a past President of the Incentive Gift Card Coalition.

Known for leading teams through periods of rapid expansion, Hollis has held senior roles at organizations including Blackhawk Network—where she partnered with brands to grow their gift card programs strategically—and MetaBank (now Pathward), where she served as Partner Account Director.

A long-standing advocate and volunteer within the industry, Hollis has actively contributed through board service, committee leadership, and frequent speaking engagements at conferences and webinars.

Having lived in several cities throughout her career, Hollis enjoys traveling, reconnecting with old friends, and discovering new places. She also cherishes time spent with her three children and her golden retriever, Maggie.

Keith Brand

Keith Brand brings over 25 years of gift card and prepaid industry expertise to Totus. He has led gift card programs for major retailers, including Sears, Kmart, Circle K and ConocoPhillips, and developed Europe’s first in-store and online “gift card malls.” In recent years, Keith has focused specifically on gift card issuance and program management. Leading Totus’s business development efforts, Keith enjoys identifying potential new brand partners and verticals and working with the Totus team to develop innovative client solutions. A University of Michigan graduate, die-hard Cubs fan, and proud dad, Keith helps fuel Totus’s future growth.

Julie von Rohr

With over 20 years of experience, Julie is a seasoned leader in building high-performing teams focused on white-glove order fulfillment, program design, client services, product management, and fraud prevention. She joined SVM in 2005, when the company was a nimble, B2B-focused operation. For the next 16 years, she played a pivotal role in scaling operations to meet the demands of a rapidly growing incentive and issuance market.

Under Julie’s leadership, SVM experienced a tenfold increase in order volume—all while maintaining service level agreements and consistently exceeding client expectations. Her keen eye for fraud detection has been instrumental in mitigating risk across the organization. She has collaborated closely with processors, clients, and retailers to identify fraudulent activity and implement proactive prevention strategies. Her expertise has earned her invitations to participate in several industry risk forums, including serving on a fraud prevention panel at a major industry conference.

Following SVM’s acquisition by Blackhawk Network in April 2020, Julie led the successful operational migration to NGC in August 2021, ensuring a seamless transition for clients and partners.

In her current role at Totus, Julie continues to bring her passion for operational excellence and client-first service. She has applied her deep expertise in fulfillment, fraud mitigation, and customer experience to help Totus deliver the same white-glove service clients have come to expect. Julie plays a key role in supporting Totus’s B2B, eCommerce, and store replenishment programs, as well as loyalty and incentive initiatives and third-party distribution. Her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership continue to drive innovation, scalability, and reliability across all channels.

Outside of work, Julie is an avid traveler with a special love for Paris—though she’s still searching for a baguette in the U.S. that rivals the ones she’s had in France. She holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
